These terms cover this website, the free scan, and the paid stages of Parsance, which are booked inside the Shopify app and billed through Shopify. The detailed subscription clauses, meaning term, liability and availability, are being prepared with a lawyer and are not published yet. That gap is stated here rather than left for you to find out.

A business offer
This is a business-to-business offer. It is aimed at businesses (Unternehmer within the meaning of § 14 BGB), not at consumers, which is also how the pricing page states it: prices net plus VAT, not aimed at consumers.
Because these features address businesses only, the consumer right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB does not apply, and consumer-facing obligations such as the BFSG do not either.
03 · Free scan
The free scan
The free scan analyses a shop you enter. It is rate-limited, and we do not promise that it is always available. The result is an automated diagnosis of technical machine-readability, not legal, tax or business advice.
Each report lives at a private, unlisted link, and a report link can be deactivated. If you operate a shop and do not want it scanned, tell us through the contact page and we will stop.
04 · Paid subscriptions
The paid stages
The paid stages are not booked on this website. You install the app from the Shopify App Store and choose a stage inside it. The subscription is billed through Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. What each stage costs and includes is on the pricing page, and you can cancel in the app at any time.
The subscription terms themselves, meaning term, liability and availability, are being prepared with a lawyer and are not yet published. No such clauses are being asserted here in the meantime.
Where an early-access list is still offered, joining it is not a contract and gives you no claim to access or to a particular price.
05 · Free of charge
Free of charge
The free features described here, meaning this website and the free scan, are free of charge. There is no service-level agreement, and they may change or be discontinued at any time.
This section describes how the free features work. It is not a set of liability clauses; where the law grants you rights, they remain untouched.
06 · Closing
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by German law. This English version is the binding one; the German version is a courtesy translation, and if the two differ, the English version applies.
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date below, is the current one. Questions go through the contact page; how this site handles data is described in the privacy policy.
